This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Thanks for your support for the Boys Soccer team.

We are working hard to build a program that is successful in the classroom and on the field.

Our boys have fundraised for Charger practice shirts and hoodies through chocolate sales. Your financial assistance will enable the program to provide quality gear to promote a life-long love for fitness, teamwork, and sport.

Many of our athletes will play with financial assistance this year to cover their participation fee, and all students on our campus are eligible for the free lunch program. So your support is very valuable.

The boys share a love for soccer and CHS, and they work year round training for our next season.

"I love my soccer players," Ms. Jessica Slade, English Educator, confessed this past week.

I do too!

From the barber shop outside my portable during softball games to lunches in my classroom with all the friends they manage to bring in to join us each day, the soccer team is a good bunch of guys to be around.
