My Project
There is no group of students quite like middle school students. They are experiencing some of the greatest physical, mental, and emotional growth they will navigate in their young life during their middle school years. This comes with a lot of ups and downs as they learn to find their voice, their friend group, and their identity.
My job is to help these wonderful young minds learn to vocalize their emotions, regulate their emotions and develop coping strategies to utilize throughout their days.
These materials will help students come to a safe space where they let out their emotions and then regain the ability to return to class ready to be successful.
