Help me give my students their own individual headphones! Independent learning is best!

What I love most about my students is the fact that they are eager to learn. Upon the Academy, I was a little hesitant, my students didn't know me as this was my first year, so I was a familiar face.
Building a relationship was my top priority with my students.
My school is considered a Title I school where we are the lowest socio-economic region of our county with ours. Relationships are huge due to the fact these students do not always possess stability within the home. Once our relationship was built things began to roll. I began seeing their urge to not only make me happy but to be actively engaging, collaborate, and learn. I learned quickly that technology and catch songs were the way to go to get them involved.
Seeing their faces as they are not only learning new material but retaining it is what I love the most. Having them be able to not show me their growth just through assessments but through a plethora of learning tools, (projects, posters, powerpoints, and more) is what makes me the happiest.
By assigning each student their own headphones, independent reading, and learning can fully take place. Our school lacks 1:1 with accessories, and these would be great to have.
By using these, all students can listen to their own stories at their leisure.
Students will not only be able to listen to stories online but also use them during assessments. There are several videos that students need to listen to as well as respond to during instruction, with headphones students can work at their own pace without the disruption of other students. My students love online books, but it has caused several disturbances among the students in the class.
