My Project

Science is about exploration. Stool seating, instead of chairs, will allow for more room, mobility, and safety for 32 students plus staff to learn effectively with each other in a smaller classroom setting. Less congestion equals more space for learning!

Our 1940’s built school building doesn’t have the classroom space for 32 students to learn science in an effective manor.

Large science tables and chairs have to serve as desks and lab stations. Specifically teaching STEM and physics in this room becomes a space challenge. Stool seating would allow more space to group tables, students and utilize floor space for the very popular forces and motion unit.
