Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project will help me give my students the necessary supplies they need to be successful in my classroom. As a first-year teacher, I have had to quickly learn how to make supplies last as long as possible. I want my students to create art projects, make books, and revise their work. To do this we need supplies such as pencils, paints, paper, cleaning supplies, and erasers. Many of my students are migrants who require supplies from school because they cannot get their own supplies. This project will help me get my students what they need.
