This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Receiving items from DonorsChoose, such as a stapler, pencils, paper, dry-erase markers, and boards, is a boon to our classroom's learning environment. These seemingly simple supplies hold the power to transform the educational journey of our students. With a stapler at hand, we can compile resources and worksheets seamlessly, ensuring organized and accessible materials for every lesson. Pencils and paper facilitate creativity and expression, empowering students to jot down ideas and delve into their imagination. Dry-erase markers and boards foster interactive learning experiences, encouraging students to actively participate, solve problems, and illustrate their understanding visually.

Our goal for this project is to equip our classroom with the necessary tools to engage students in dynamic and effective learning.

What makes our students special is their resilience, curiosity, and eagerness to learn despite various challenges they may face. With the support of donors, we aim to provide them with the resources they deserve to thrive academically and beyond.
