The Autism Project

Help me give my students : The items that I choose in my cart are for my students with do not receive adapt art. The art supplies will assist my student with their fine motor skills/artistic art.

My Students

One of the many things that I love about my students is that they do not allow their disabilities to direct their abilities in any form. One of the many things that makes my students's special is that they never give up. They are always striving to improve on their academics by mastering their individual Educational Plan goals. They are aiming to please and they never have what many may call a bad day. They enjoy coming to school learning the many things that will aid them in becoming a productive citizen in society.

My Project

The materials requested will be used toward my students not only with disabilities but fine motor skills and autism. The materials will allow my students the experience to participate in creative art because the school where I teach do not offer adapted art for student with disabilities. The Art materials will be used to also showcase the students work on our blank art wall. Having art materials and adapted art are a part of some schools elective and is important for students with fine motor skills, artistic behaviors and other disabilities but our school do not offer that for my students.
