This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My little learners are a very inquisitive group of students. These young scholars are discovering the world for the first time. Their curiosity and excitement is contagious and I love helping them learn. My students love books, listening to stories, music, building puzzles and being creative. They need lots of encouragement and support to become lifelong learners.
Our schools lack the funds to provide the necessary supplies, equipment, technology, books, and parent workshops-that our young learners need to succeed in their education.
My students are happy, energetic, and ready to learn. They are learning to become independent learners and having the right resources can help motivate and engage them. I have to reach them to teach them! These wonderful kids need the opportunity to read lots of books, paint, and sing, because it can make the difference in their academic endeavor.
My Project
My students need many learning experience to discover their strengths. We need to explore with color, paint and construction paper to show off creativity. My kids just love making collages and using many mediums to express themselves. My little artist are smart and art will motivate them to be creative, problem solve, and be happier.
Art is an essential part of discovery and exploration, and every child should have access to color, paper and tools that help generate their talents.
We want to create colorful mason jars. We need spray chalk paint and the deco art media misters to paint their hands on the mason jars. Then, make and paint beautiful flowers with construction paper.
My young Picasso’s need markers to doodle and scribble on wipe boards as they learn about lines and self expression. Kindergarten is a grade level that gives kids time to be artists. We need materials to have fun and be creative. We need your generous donation! We thank you for the art supplies and the joy of the artist.
