This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Currently, I am dedicated to nurturing the academic growth of enthusiastic students within an economically disadvantaged community in Miami Gardens, serving as a first-grade teacher. Among my students are those who encounter learning challenges, yet they possess a keen interest in leveraging technology for their studies. My main objective is to equip my students with the tools and opportunities essential for thriving in the twenty-first century. I strive to cultivate an environment where every subject they encounter is not only educational but also enjoyable.

Integrating a classroom printer into our learning environment holds the promise of unlocking fresh educational avenues.

It would enable me to incorporate dynamic and inventive teaching materials such as worksheets, infographics, and visual aids, all of which play a pivotal role in reinforcing concepts.

Equipping my students with tangible copies of their study materials would prove immensely beneficial. It would empower them to take notes, highlight key details, and refer back to the resources as needed, fostering deeper comprehension and retention of knowledge.
