My Project
I am always looking for ways to help my students learn about other cultures and what happens when people from other cultures come to our small town.
Tethered to other Stars takes a good look at how undocumented families are treated, as well as the bullying that goes on in middle school. My hope is to show students that they can safely speak up, and stand up for themselves and others. That no matter where we come from or our status, we all have the same feelings and ideas. That together we can make this world, and our school a better place.
