This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I am requesting new headphones and treats for my Special Education students during the State Testing. The students are using broken headphones, and these are essential for those students with accommodations. Some students have Text to Speech to help them with basic reading skills. The headphones are a way to provide the students access to the same grade-level content and to read independently. The treats are for students who really try hard on their assessment and strive to meet proficiency on their test. Kids need rewards to help motivate them.
