Help me give my students privacy while testing and cut down on distractions with testing privacy shields. The magnetic strips are for activities which require students to take a stand on different issues.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Cassidy's classroom raised $170

My Project
My students all sit side by side at long tables that form a circle. While this configuration fosters dialogue and a sense of community in the classroom, it can also make some uncomfortable while testing. I wish to use the testing shields to provide some separation and protection against cheating, etc.
Test privacy shields protect students from feeling like they need to give others answers when they are uncomfortable doing so.
They also cut down on distractions which helps many students focus on the task at hand. Furthermore, there are individuals who wouldn't normally cheat, but sometimes find themselves tempted when they are stressed and someone else's work is right there. The shields protect against the temptation to sell out their integrity for a few points.
