This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Do you remember the excitement of having special presentations in the classroom? Well, our classroom has MANY of these events. However, once all the guests come to the classroom, it is hard to hear the presentation without a microphone. That's what I am asking for . . . a microphone for the events.

I teach third grade in an English language learning school in an urban setting.

My students are wonderfully active and curious learners. They are 8-9 years old. Most of my students speak Spanish or Arabic at home. They love to perform, be on stage, and in the limelight. These 25 students need your help!

My Project

I simply ask for a portable microphone/speaker for our many classroom presentations. We present our Writer's Workshop published works, Social Studies reenactments, and more. Many students need the aid of a microphone so that everyone in the class can hear their voice.

This is important because it will make our special presentations even more magical!

What child does not like to use the microphone? Thank you for helping my class sparkle and shine!
