My Project
I teach a self-contained kindergarten / 1st-grade special education class. I have many students who are ENL learners and receive speech and language services. They become very shy and don't want to speak in front of their peers. I have a head set that I use to amplify my voice and when I can't hear my students' responses, I take my head set off and bring it near their face to speak into the end part. They find it hysterical how they can hear their own voice, nice and loud.
I am trying to find ways of breaking them out of their shells by becoming more confident by using the Qball to increase participation in class.
The Qball will not only allow me to hear students' responses but it would be fun and engaging for them.
