Help me give my students Magna Tiles to reinforce geometric shapes, as well as some reading comprehension cards that will help with building vocabulary.

My Students

My students are so kind and caring! They have had a rough year, as we have had one of our classmates die this year. They have had to learn empathy, kindness, and a strength of will. They have had to learn that they can do hard things and that this life is temporary. They are eager to learn and share their new knowledge with others.

We have had to work hard to synergize and problem solve.

Many of my students have the opportunity to help special needs students. This has really helped them to gain more empathy. They are hard workers that could use a boost and some motivation.

My Project

I am looking forward to using these items with my students to help enhance their vocabulary and build their math skills. They will be able to use the Magna Tiles to build new geometric shapes out of simple shapes. We will also be able to practice area and perimeter with the white boards.

Practice makes better.

My students will be able to use the comprehension cards in improving their skills and building their test taking vocabulary. They can use the reading trackers to help them slow down and focus, as we practice fluency and comprehension skills in class. Thank you!
