My Project
I work in a school where the majority of the students are less fortunate than others around them. Well this project in particular is for my track and field team. I am the Head track coach at L. High School in Jackson, MS. We have a track program that is we are building up each year. Sometimes when we attend track meets, my athletes feel like they are left out or that they have less than the other teams around them. They see the tents that the other teams have and how they are comfortable in the shade and we usually seat in the sun because we don't have team tents. Sometimes track meets can be extremely hot and the sun can literally drain them of energy that is needed. So I am creating this project to keep moving forward and growing by getting things that we need for our track program.
