it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As an educator, my goal is to create a classroom where students feel supported, engaged, and excited to learn. To enhance their educational experience, I’m reaching out for help to provide three essential items: tennis balls for desks, comfortable seating for small groups, and new books for our classroom library.
Placing tennis balls on the bottoms of desk legs helps reduce the noise of moving desks and protects our floors.
This simple addition will create a quieter and more focused learning environment, allowing students to stay engaged and productive.
Collaborative learning is key to student success. However, our classroom currently lacks comfortable seating for group work. With your donation, we can provide flexible seating options, such as bean bags or cushions, to create a space where students can work together effectively and feel more at ease while learning.
A well-stocked library is vital to fostering a love of reading. Our classroom library is in need of new, diverse books to inspire students and help them grow as readers. Your support will allow us to add books that reflect a variety of cultures, experiences, and genres, encouraging students to explore new ideas and expand their imaginations.
