This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are simply the best. They are engaged learners and have such curiosity about life and learning. We are in the 21st century and need to be 21st century learners interacting with technology.

My class is an amazing groups of students that show desire to learn and grow.

We are a diverse group of students both ethnically and economically which allows us the opportunity to learn from each other as well as the material we are presented with. We engage in a lot of hands on projects and unique learning opportunities.

My Project

We need three Amazon Fire Tablets so we can access technology that will enhance our learning and engagement. There are so many apps available that support learning and engagement in the classroom.

With access to technology through these tablets there is no limit to our learning and engagement.

There are so many ways to use tablets by interacting with technology and the apps available these days. Students can record their responses showing accountability for their work. They can conduct research to gather information for a project. Students can interact with games and learning apps to increase engagement, problem solving and learning.
