it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Dear Supporters,
Many of my students face mobility challenges that make it difficult to use technology, and adaptive equipment can make a world of difference in their education.
TA specialized mouse interface would empower students to navigate digital learning materials, communicate with peers and teachers, and participate in activities that foster independence and confidence. Your generous donation can directly impact their ability to learn and engage with the world through technology.
Additionally, some of my students with mobility disabilities and visual impairments require access to switch-adapted toys and devices to support their cognitive and motor skill development. Many children with limited hand movement or low vision rely on adaptive switches, which allow them to interact with toys, communication devices, and learning tools using alternative methods such as pressing a large button, sipping and puffing air, or using eye movement. These adaptations make play and learning more accessible, fostering inclusion and skill-building in ways that would otherwise be challenging. Your support in providing switch toys can open doors to new experiences and opportunities for these students.
By donating specialized computer mice and switch-adapted toys, you are directly contributing to the empowerment of students with disabilities, helping them develop independence and actively participate in their education.
