Help me give my students six Chromebooks to help them to take their creativity beyond the walls of our classroom and create business ideas to prepare them for the board room.

I really love that my students are willing and eager to learn about Personal Finance and Economics. Since the first week of school, the students have inspired me with questions and suggestions about wealth and business opportunities. One of the most effective and motivating ways to pull that creativity out of a student is to use Project Based Learning.
I have discovered that these hands-on projects give them a taste of real-life experiences and help them make strategic decisions as they navigate through high school and prepare for life as an adult.
Knowing that my students are taking in what they are being taught and applying the knowledge and skills learned gives me hope for their futures. As a result, I am all the more determined to educate and empower them to have successful lives and careers beyond high school.
Every year, my Economic students learn the knowledge and skills to become entrepreneurs. Before the conclusion of each semester, they must put their understanding to practice with a project called, "Flip My Dollar."
This is a Project-Based Learning assignment that takes their level of understanding of how to conduct a business using their talents and interests.
After I give each of them a dollar, they take their business idea, do research, and figure out how they can invest it. Several of my students are artists. I have seen them take their talent and start a business designing clothes and illustrating books. Using social skills and content knowledge is not enough. They need the computers to help them with their research, make powerful presentations, and communicate with potential investors. Will you help my students become more equipped entrepreneurs using technology that can take their talent and skills to another level?
