Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a committed educator, I actively seek opportunities for continued growth in special education. Many of these trainings require technology that supports advanced platforms, interactive tools, and multitasking capabilities. Unfortunately, my current tablet has limited functionality, making it difficult to fully engage with these opportunities. A laptop would provide the necessary speed, storage, and flexibility to access and participate in virtual workshops, complete assignments, and collaborate with other educators. This investment will not only support my professional learning this summer but also empower me to bring new, research-based strategies into my classroom in the fall for my students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
