My Students
I have an amazing group of 2nd graders! These students missed most of their kindergarten year due to COVID and had to do distance learning from home. Though they were able to continue school in person for 1st grade, they are lacking the essential skills for second grade. This group of students find excitement in learning and they love to be at school. We are working on many different platforms to expand their learning. Help with this would be amazing and greatly appreciated! The goal for my class is to be at 100% digital to help support in their reading and math abilities. With the use of Kindle Fires my can learn in a fun and engaging way that is data driven. Being able to assist my students in logging in and navigating around the site will help them when they have to use it at home. Also each digital platform differentiates each students individual lessons so they are learning at their own pace and ability. This is why it's so important that my students have access to devices that can help to ensure successful learning!
