My Students

My students are learning nouns, adjectives, and language forms and functions. They also will be starting at a new school with me, and we will be learning together in my resource room. Although the students in kindergarten through fifth grade receive special education support, they are all capable learners if they have the tools and materials to access the grade-level curriculum.

Learning differently with the right tools will benefit all my students receiving special education services through the resource class.

My Project

Please help provide my students who have special needs access to the general education curriculum and benefit from using technology. A Chromebook for the resource room along with a printer will allow several students with the opportunity to independently use site-adopted learning programs as well as print out completed lessons.

A color printer will allow students to print out lessons and return them to his/her general education teacher.

A Chromebook will allow students to directly type assigned lessons provided by the teacher that are completed with guidance in the resource room. In addition, students may take computer-assisted tests. The use of technology is really endless when it comes to learning.
