Help me give my students the technology they need to apply for FAFSA, college, and recommendation letters during our Senior Seminar post-secondary preparatory course.

My Students
As one of the most culturally diverse schools in the state, my students have an incredible range of backgrounds and life experiences that add to a robust and tolerant learning environment. We are a Title I school and have a large immigrant refugee population who are working in my Senior Seminar course to find the best post-secondary educational paths possible. These students often have to provide extensive amounts of documentation and are often audited during the financial aid application and scholarship process because of their immigration status.
In our notoriously underfunded school district, our students often have to make sacrifices.
But the purpose of this Senior Seminar course is to ensure they won't have to sacrifice getting the best post-secondary education possible. A majority of our students have recently emigrated and need extra guidance on how to move forward with college applications, financial aid, scholarships, etc., but despite the immense amount of work it takes to navigate this unfamiliar territory, they stay focused, motivated, and hopeful that this new life will bring them and their families the freedoms and opportunities they deserve.
My Project
Having in-classroom access to this printer/scanner/fax will ensure students are able to promptly fulfill all requirements for their post-secondary planning. This class is structured around completing college applications, requesting letters of recommendation, applying for financial aid and scholarships, and writing personal statements. Each student has different tasks each day, depending on their intended majors and college choices. In class, we navigate through legal terminology and requirements within these processes and often have legal documents that need to be printed, signed, and electronically sent back to these institutions in a timely manner. If we had access to an in-class printer, I could ensure my students would be provided with everything they needed during class time.
Often, students' home lives are limited or unreliable, and it is impossible for them to find the technology and resources on their own.
With the requisite technology used for this kind of post-secondary planning, I can ensure my students' futures would not be hindered because of a lack of classroom technology.
