This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our school is not up to date with incorporating technology in the classroom and my students with autism shouldn't be left behind. Since they have an intellectual disability, technology and social play can assist them with reaching their learning goals. My students are a wonderful group of preschoolers who attend a low-income PreK-5 public school in California. My job is to make sure they receive the best education possible regardless of their learning ability.
My goal is to have students learn simple things like shapes, colors, numbers and the alphabet by infusing music and technology into the curriculum.
Also, outside learning activities can assist with developing social play skills and understanding how to play games will assist with following directions. I want the best for my students and I hope you will partner with me as I endeavor to help my students meet their educational goals.
My Project
Technology has become on of the most coveted industries due to the pandemic. Even more important, the integration of educational technology has been the star of the classroom. Recently, my iPad stopped working and I need another one to use as I deliver content to my students virtually. I will use my iPad to create content for my classroom and use it to deliver my content through Zoom as a screen sharing device. I'm a firm believer that Apple products are top notch and this company does it best to deliver products that are both teacher and student friendly.
