Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I work at a Title 1 school with an amazing group of first graders. Unfortunately our school does not have enough laptops to supply our little ones with any at all. I would love to give my students the opportunity to use technology on a daily basis.
With the help of five laptops I can create a technology center so my students can engage with the curriculum virtually.
I also have a few English Language Learners that need to learn differently and this will truly help them. I think computers play such a vital role and the sooner we introduce students to them, the more successful they will be.
