This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I work in a Title I school where the integration of technology is important in the classroom. My students have Chromebooks that they use on a daily basis to complete projects and presentations, however, many are not exposed to Apple products. My students would greatly benefit from learning how to use Apple technology like the magic mouse for when they do presentations to the class. This tool will allow them to easily do so while also learning technologies that will be useful both throughout high school, college, and when they enter the workforce post-high school. The book on Second Language Acquisition Theory will help me come up with new ways of teaching a second language to my students.
