Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

The students in my class are fun, energetic, and smart. Each morning my students are greeted at the door with a high five, handshake, or hug. Students actively participate in small group learning. As a result of small group learning students are showing progress in all academic areas.

These awesome second graders are eager to come into the classroom to learn.

My students deserve an excellent education with technology so that they can take ownership of their learning. Most of my students live on the south-side of Columbus and unfortunately don't have access to technology outside of school.

My Project

Please donate to my project. These iPads will continue to enhance the classroom that I strive to create. During the independent work station, students will be able to login to the iPad to complete google classroom assignments. My students love to use computers to learn. When we do centers 4-5 students will be on an iPad working on different assignments.

By donating to our project, you will help improve students' technology skills and increase students academic skills.

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, my goal is to help students gain access to more technology and close the achievement gap. Please donate to my project to help my students learn and engage in technology.
