My students begin their school day making and sharing beautiful music with each other. Making music together requires students to individually play well before playing together. My biggest challenge in the classroom is giving each student the individual attention they need.
My students are from a small community in a rural area.
The community is a very close-knit family that loves and supports each other. The community does its best to support all of our fundraisers but unfortunately fundraisers alone are not enough to fund our growing program or the technology that is rapidly growing in the world.
My Project
With the purchase of 4 iPads and cases, my students will have access to the extra help that they desperately need during my class time. I will have the ability to put my lower performing students on theory applications during class and periodically check them as needed. This will be a fantastic resource for my classroom.
My students will greatly appreciate the donation of iPads in our classroom.
With technology being a top priority in their lives, they will appreciate the opportunity to use technology in the classroom and will learn more efficiently.
