My Students
Many of my students live in homes where their parents are working more hours than before as they are essential workers. This limits the amount of time the parents can work with them 1-1 to complete their work.
I would love to let my students know that they are still on my mind and that learning is still important.
In order to do this I would like to make small care packages to each of the children with material that they can work on independently, along with the material to do so.
My Project
I am excited for the opportunity to give to my students even though we cannot be together in the classroom.
My project will help to give the parents and guardians a piece of mind, as many of them do not have access to technology and are concerned about their students learning while out for the pandemic.
I have included an extra touch of love with adding certificates as they will miss out on their Kindergarten graduation milestone. I feel that this project once fully funded will be great for the families peace of mind.
