My Students

I work at an all virtual high school, so we have a very unique population of students. They come from a large variety of backgrounds and have unique needs, learning styles, situations, and reasons for being in a virtual high school.

Being a unique school with unique students, we have some unique needs that we are still figuring out as we go along.

I am trying to do the best I can for my awesome students!

My Project

We are doing something innovative and awesome this year - opening a brand new, all virtual high school! As we get started, there are some things we'll need to make sure our students are getting the best virtual education possible.

Having an iPad and Apple Pencil will allow me to do more things when making videos and Zooming with my students, like showing them how to draw molecules and write chemical equations by hand.

This technology can replace a white board in a typical classroom by screen sharing and writing on the iPad.
