Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I need a high quality and powerful iPad keyboard to integrate my knowledge and enhance my teaching by planning lessons that will encourage my students to stay organized, focused, and college ready. Teaching through Zoom during the pandemic taught me the importance of digital assignments and the impact they can have on student engagement. My school-issued laptop is now outdated, slow, and can barely keep a charge. Therefore, I'm using a high-tech iPad that is essential to help me plan lessons and to create a blended classroom as well. In order for me to be more efficient, I need a iPad keyboard to work with.
Currently, I use Amplify Science, Achieve3000, i-Chinese, and BrainPOP to aid in my instruction, but I also want to implement Google Docs/Slides/Extension to teach students how to create multiple digital profiles and presentations using the latest apps and programs available with this iPad keyboard.
