This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are always eager to learn. They love to ask questions and I encourage them to seek out their answers by conducting their own research. While we do have technology resources at my school, it is shared by all teachers and students so it can be difficult to locate it on the spot.
By having this technology in the classroom, my students will be able to visualize what is happening in class.
It could also be useful to aid visual learners by being able to see a demonstration or document up close.
My Project
In a blended learning classroom, it is very important for students to know what is going on in school while they are learning from home. This document camera will be used to help students get an eye into our classroom.
Science is best learned through visual, hands on experiences.
This document camera will allow my students to see a demonstration I am doing in the classroom from their computer at home. It may even inspire and motivate them to try and experiment with items they can find around their home.
