Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
An iPad in our 4th-grade classroom would be a powerful tool. As a teacher, it can help me to keep detailed records of students' progress in reading in both languages. It will help me to record students' voices and demonstrate their academic growth and language development. In addition, it would be easier to create content that would enrich students' bilingualism and learning process.
On the other hand, the use of headphones allows students to concentrate on the content to be practiced in both languages, improving their listening skills and avoiding distractions.
