In Kindergarten, iPads serve as powerful tools for enhancing the learning experience. Through carefully selected educational apps, my class will use and engage in interactive activities that promote literacy, numeracy and problem solving.
iPads are a valuable addition to the kindergarten classroom, enriching the learning environment and young learners in a 21st-Century educational experience.
iPads can also take the kindergarten students on virtual field trips, exploring different places where they are unable to travel. Expanding the walls of the classroom, enjoying nature and learning non-fiction first hand. Recording and sharing their activities allows for improved communication and presentation skills. I plan to use the iPads to do all of these things for enrichment in my classroom.
