Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
With technology at our fingertips, we need more technology to access the technology we already have. Although we have a laptop and an iPad, we need adapters to be able to project them so that all students can have access to the wonderful technology.
Our school is a full magnet school.
This means that my students come from different ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. Although they are a diverse bunch of students, they all have that intrinsic desire to do well in school. About half of them are gifted and the other half range from average to low. They are bright, inquisitive, and motivated.
My Project
With these adapters, my students will be able to have technology at their fingertips. I have created many lessons on the laptop, the adapters will allow all students to access these interactive programs. In addition, through the adapters, many students will be able to access the many educational apps on the iPad all at once. Because the laptop and iPad are being used by students, we need to help protect the technology from being broken when a student accidentally drops or bumps into it. Since the covers are made of rubber, the students will be able to grasp the laptop or iPad easily.
With these adapters, all students will be able to access our laptop and iPad making technology reach our fingertips.
By protecting the technology, this will ensure that future students will be able to enjoy it as well.
