This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Let me start by saying that my students are very special to me. I consider them my very own babies! I am a teacher in a low-income Title l school district, my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to bring more technology and more experience into the classroom to provide my students with a creative and meaningful learning experience. My students are very bright individuals who have a passion for learning and I want to keep that passion alive!
My Project
As you know technology is now the way of the world. Students enjoy technology and are very familiar with using tablets. These tablets will enhance learning during small group time while they are working independently on skills that are needed to help them within the classroom. It also allows students to learn and have fun at the same time. By donating to our project, you will not only help increase their academic achievement but you will also help students engage in a fun activity while learning. Your generous donation to our project will improve our 2nd-grade classroom by building stronger readers and skillful mathematicians. Thank you!
