This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Kindergarten students are full of energy. They need to be engaged and given a variety of learning tools to help them succeed. In addition to learning math, language arts, and science, creative play and technology are essential for a well-rounded child. I would like to provide our students with reliable earphones to give them the opportunity to use the programs provided to them. These programs help them to learn with technology based learning. The wireless earphones would give them the opportunity to use the iPads without the hassle of plugging-in wires, which will allow them to be more independent during their technology based learning time.

My Project

Technology is a big part of learning today. It has become more of a necessity to understand and learn with technology. Kindergarteners are no different. They thrive through traditional, as well as technology based learning.

My students learn through writing, speaking, visual, auditory, and technology.

Students need to read and write within the traditional sense. However, technology is an essential part to their learning. Student use iPads and/or computers daily. During this time, they learn letters, sounds, math, and reading.

They use technology for enrichment activities with games and learning programs. Students will be able to use wireless earphones to help them focus on the task at hand, without the distraction of wires and the noise around them.
