This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are ready to take off into knowledge. My students need to be pushed to succeed. The requested items will motivate students to excel and that is my aim for this school year.
My classroom consists of low income students.
These students come from diverse ethnicities and homes where not all have Internet access or technology available. They are sweet and caring kids that want to thrive and go beyond what their parents have done.
My Project
The students in class will use the sharpener to be able to get ready for class in a quick manner. They always break their pencil points and spend too much time with a hand sharpener. The laptop will be used in class to enhance the students ability to access the Internet. The headphones will be used for the current classroom computers plus the laptop that we are requesting.
These donations will help my classroom my aiding in allowing students who don't have Internet access at home, an opportunity.
These students will thrive as they move forward and succeed.
