Tech Support for Distance Learning

Help me give my students the technology support to teach during distance learning. The Osmo will allow me to teach beginning literacy skills in reading and writing.

My Students

My wonderful students are primarily refugees from countries all over the world. Our school is located in St. Paul, MN and is a high poverty school. Most of my students and their families are just learning English so they have limited access to their schoolwork.

My Project

During Distance Learning, my English Learners need more supports in their learning. I will use the Osmo for recording anytime (or asynchronous) lessons and also during live (or synchronous) learning.

My iPad will go into the Osmo base and the reflector attaches to the top of my iPad.

I can then put books, papers, photos, or drawings in front of my iPad to write and draw.

The Osmo will allow me to give immediate support visually. Many English Learners learn best by providing visuals. Osmo will definitely enhance my students learning.
