This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Most of my students have never used Apple products. I know it is something they would like to become familiar with. I feel that becoming familiar with Apple technology is a very valuable tool for their future.
Giving them access to iPads is one way to help them access skills for their futures.
I would like them to learn how to cast to a Promethean board, how to create presentations, how to keep a homework and activity calendar, how to search for academic apps, how to utilize AI in an educational setting.
It will also allow them to have fun! There are games and other apps they can discover during free time. My students deserve some nice things after all the trauma and stress they have been through, and continue to go through.
