This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My class is 3-4 mixed age preschool/prekindergarten inclusion with full of inquisitive scholars!

They are purely and naturally curious, passionate, and ready to learn. My school is Title I school with more than 70% students eligible for Free And Reduced Meals (FARM). Many of my students have limited access to learning environment. Due to a full range of exposure to learning and students' unique learning styles, differentiated teaching is extensively used in my classroom.

My Project

Right now, we have limited technology in my classroom. These materials will allow my students to utilize technology, observe educational videos and research information for classroom projects. I would like to give my students opportunities to be exposed to various cultures and learning opportunities. My students will use the technology for literacy, math and exploration stations. The iPad and LCD Projector will be used for research, games, and as general means to decrease the digital divide. Everyday, students will participate in small group afternoon learning activities with technology with various resources (game, video, research, concrete concept building, etc.) In addition to academic learning opportunities, applications/games for socio-emotional developments will be used throughout the day to support my students' development.

This project and your donation will provide undeserved students with diverse learning opportunities in the classroom.
