My Students

My students are creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to experience learning in the classroom in different ways! They come to school each day ready to try new things. Truly, they are my inspiration!

I teach in a Title 1 school.

This means that over half of my students receive free or reduced lunch. Having the chance to show their work with others using advanced technology is a dream come true to them.

With this project, my students will be more engaged and excited to share their learning with each other!

My Project

A document camera will be a game changer in my classroom. Students will be able to see each other's work and experience more technology in the classroom. I will use the document camera to show math examples and step by step science experiments that may be too small for students to see.

My student's are more engaged with technology.

They will feel a sense of pride when showing their work to the rest of the class. I hope to build my classroom community by showing off every student's strengths.

Having a document camera in my classroom will make a difference by giving students the chance to use technology. It will also allow me to share step by step instructions for my students that have difficulty seeing.
