My Students
My students are a positive, bright, and creative bunch of five and six year olds. They come to school eager to connect with their peers, adults, and the learning. My classroom is rich with diversity of race, ethnicity, language, and experience and this is one of our greatest strengths.
Kindergarten is a magical year in the life of a child.
Each day our classroom is full of joy, questioning, play, problem solving, and boundless learning. We work hard and play hard!
My Project
Sometimes you just need materials that will make everyone's lives easier in the classroom! My awesome kindergarteners are learning how to engage in in-person learning that integrates technology. New tools means new systems for organization.
Now that students have 1:1 devices that are used both at home and in the classroom, we need a rapid charging station and a complete class set of student headphones.
Having the charging dock will be so helpful for students who may have forgotten to charge their iPad at home the night before. We use iPad for many literacy, math and science activities. I appreciate you helping us get organized!
