This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students have laptops in which chargers are often needed in classes. Not all of the cords are able to reach the walls in order to plug in computers. Power cords and surge protectors help to maintain seating arrangements while still providing access to computers for students (especially during state testing). The power cords will help students ensure that they are able to charge their computers (since not all students have the ability to charge their computers outside of school).

Pens and highlighters will be used in the classroom, as many students come without these materials and are in need.

The pens and highlighters will be available to students to use in the classroom.
