My classroom is full of 22 happy, energetic 2nd graders who never stop learning nor do they want to stop. Their little brains are busy soaking up anything and everything right now.
My students are very curious and constantly ask questions about the lessons, which shows me a great deal about each and every one of their vibrant character and personality traits.
Seeing their sweet smiles every day encourages me to be the best I can be because that is what they need. They are so eager to come to school every day and actually want to learn. I am going to do everything I can to help them achieve their academic goals.
My Project
My students need an echo dot with tablet so they can integrate more technology into their learning. We can also use the echo dot to ask the what the weather is to graph, set timers and schedule our daily routine, and how to spell words while doing a writing assignment with the fun color scented gel pens . They can then share their writing in the author's chair to gain confidence in their work. I also like to give the kids choices in where they go to do their work, the bean bag chairs are an excellent place to sit and reflect on their learning.
