Students in my math class love anything and everything that involves technology and the arts. I am looking for cameras for my math class; this will allow them to take pictures to create real world math problems. Or it will allow them to take and print a picture and use it in order to explain their thinking. The LED lights will help with a picture display for students to really see the pictures, and the remainder of them will be used for them to see items on the bookshelves.
My students work well together in groups and having more resources will help them complete their work better and it will allow them to think outside the box when it comes to their projects.
For example creating buttons with the button making machine. Of course when it comes to storing items, I would need a storage cart to make that happen. Also, it is important for students to submit items fast, and the magnetic bins for the whiteboard is a must have.
My goal for this project is to allow students to create projects that are more real life things they see or use everyday. The board timer will allow students to stay on task, and to see how much time they have left to complete these projects in class. The earbuds will allow every 7th grader to have their own pair to use to watch videos and to practice skills in math class. Calculator bins are important so students have an assigned number to grab from, which will speed the process up, and make it easier.
