Nature, gardening, and outdoor learning is what my classroom is all about! This is my first year teaching Outdoor Lab! Students Kindergarten through 5th grade come and see me everyday for 45 minutes. During this time, they see the curriculum come to life while spending time outside. Whether it being area and perimeter around the raised garden beds, poetry about nature, or maps around the world about the different vegetables we are planting, these students are outside learning how everyday standards fit in with nature.
