This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In my classroom, we have many devices and tools that need to be charged and batteries changed often. If we were to have a charging dock and extra charging cords we could all charge our devices at one time. Having a class set of magnets will help keep all the cords in place. Instead of having to wait for each device to charge then move to the next one.
Also, in a PreK classroom we have many educational toys that require batteries.
If we had enough batteries on hand, we wouldn't have to wait till the teacher goes to the hardware store and buys batteries that are needed.
We are also in need of 2 clocks in our room, so we can keep the students on schedule.
