Team Building and Problem Solving

Help me give my students The Meland Marble Run that will help my students with team building and problem solving.

My Project

The fidget toys, putty and aquariums will help the students with their coping skills when they are feeling overwhelmed and/or stressed with a situation. This will hopefully help them to independently recognize and then initiate and carry out any coping skills they may need during that time.The headphones will help students that have assignments, quizzes and tests read to them through the computer so that they do not disturb others while doing so.

Mainly for our project, my students would utilize the Marble Run, STEM Explorers and Building Blocks, Bars and Shapes to help them with team work to build different projects together, any problem solving skills that they may need to continue working on along with building their independence and confidence.

These building items will not only continue to help my students to master their fine motor skills but also allow them to explore their more creative side.

All of these items will be of great use for my students that lack the ability to mentally and emotionally achieve positive moments for them during school, which otherwise can be a very unhappy and stressful part of their day. With the help of these things we hope to teach the students ways to have more productive times of the day and allow them to become more independent which will then increase their positive outlook on school, assignments, peers and themselves.
